..a "better way" of handling dishonored checks!

 

Ask any business owners to indicate jobs that they simply don't like to perform, and collecting on dishonored checks is usually right on the top of their lists. With this in mind, the"Infinity Bank Initiative" takes away this burden from the business customers allowing the business owners and managers to focus on their day-to-day operations.

The Electronic Check Recovery (ECR) collection process will be provided at no charge to new and existing business customers of each participating bank. ECR improves the collection rate of bad checks written to businesses and decreases the resources needed to allocate toward collecting on those bad checks. Best of all, the participating bank is providing this valuable benefit to it's customers at no cost.

In addition to providing the collection service, IBG educates businesses on best practices, intent on helping them avoid the occurrence of bad checks to begin with.

The reaction from the business community to the Infinity Bank Initiative has been overwhelmingly positive. According to one bank executive whose bank is participating in the program,"When I told a local business owner that the service will be implemented next month, she asked me why we couldn't make it sooner".

No one likes to have to approach customers about bad checks. The Infinity Bank Initiative takes the onus off of the business and puts it into the hands of professionals.
